   "Ramirez Solutions' eight week series was awesome in the way that it was individualized specifically for me. In the past, I have tried following Weight Watchers, but I didn't like that it was the same protocol for every one. For a time I sought advice from a PhD in nutritionist to help with my weight management, but I like the holistic approach of Ramirez Solutions. They provide good eating tips that have helped change my relationship with food.
